Skill Gap Analysis

 

We are expert in analysing skill gaps according to the availability of skills in hand and It’s future requirement, in the form of quality, variety and quantity and then to suggest the quantity and variety of training to be inculcated.

We have already organized a comprehensive skill gap analysis in the Raipur and Dhamtari districts of CG.

For example in a district we see first what type of man power is available, persons to be trained and forecast the requirement of skilled workforce in coming 5 to 10 years. Then after assessment of training need is done and then the District authorities suggested accordingly. based on followings:

*  forecasting of future demand and supply of skilled work force for a district or a state.

*  Developing psychometrics tools for evaluation and measurement of skill.

*  Evolution of quality and volume of existing skill set.

*  Forecasting of skilled man power requirement.

*  Addressing challenges in skilling, Shaping personality, and human re-engineering.

*  Designing mode of talent retention and suggesting strategy for NGTM (Next Generation Talent Management).
