It was under his guidance that Smartskills became a Knowledge Partner to ASSOCHAM, New Delhi & presented a Knowledge Report on “Opportunities & Challenges in Skilling in Uttar Pradesh”.
Post Covid-19, opinion was sought by various Ministries of Govt. of India from various key stakeholders at national level to suggest a way forward in Skill Training.
Opinion of Pawan Agrawal was sought by MoRD for DDU-GKY scheme, by MoHUA for EST&P scheme under NULM and by ASSOCHAM India.

Smartskills is one of the first company in Central India to get Approval from NSDC in 2015 as on Authorized Training Partner for a period on 10 year.
DDU-GKY Scheme of MoRD
Smartskills is a registered Project Implementing Agency (PIA) under DDU-GKY Scheme of MoRD, Government of India for Chhattisgarh state and got a target to train 1302 candidates with a project cost of approx. Rs.10.91 crore.
SUDA, Uttar Pradesh
Smartskills is empanelled as a Skill Training Provider with State Urban Development Authority (SUDA), Uttar Pradesh for a period of 2 years to give Training & Placement to the candidates in cities like Lucknow, Varanasi, Sant Kabir Nagar (Khalilabaad), Barabanki & Murad Nagar.

Smartskills is in the process of getting empanelled as Skill Training Providers (STPs) with Kudumbashree Kerala for conducting placement linked Skill Training under DAY- NULM Scheme.
