1.  Our Annual Capacity of passing out Candidates and due for OJT is Two Thousands (2000) at Pan India from following job roles: -

          ⌘  Documentation Assistant.

          ⌘  Consignment Tracking Executive.

          ⌘  Field Technician Computing & Peripherals.

          ⌘  Mobile Phone Hardware Repair Technician.

          ⌘  Street Food Vendor.

          ⌘  Multi Cuisine Cook.

          ⌘  Dealership Tele Caller Sales Executive.

          ⌘  Front Office Executive.

          ⌘  Goods Packaging Machine Operator.

          ⌘  Solar Panel Installation Technician to a Name Few.

2.  Apart from Domain Training we give special Emphasis on grooming of candidate’s Personality to make them adaptable in industrial Eco-system with Intensive Practical Training of Soft Skills, Language Efficiency (English) and IT-Office Suit.

3.  Duration of OJT 3 to 4 weeks.

4.  Frequency of Batches is 2-3 Cycle annually.

5.  Our Batches pass out in phases throughout the year.

5.  Employers will get an opportunity to have sufficient numbers of Short Term Employee through OJT.

 

Long Term Recruitment

2.  Our main feeding Industries are Retail, Logistics, Banking & Insurance, BPOs, Tourism & Hospitality, Healthcare and Apparels throughout the Country.

3.  Corporate Personality Exposer :- Apart from Domain Training we give special stress on grooming Candidate’s Personality to make them adaptable in industrial Eco-system with Intensive practical Training of Soft Skills, Language Efficiency (English) and IT-Office Suit.

4.  Mode of Requirement & Selection:

          ⌘  Job Fair

          ⌘  Personal Interview

5.  At Present the trained candidates are available in Chhattisgarh. Uttar Pradesh and Kerala. Almost 20% of them are willing to reallocate.

6.  Usually So far as the girl’s candidates are concern, we send them in group of at least 10 (Ten) Candidates.

 

Please note that placed candidate must be issued with Letter of appointment prior to joining and proof of salary remittance in their accounts to be forwarded to us over a period starting to first 12 months.
